How I can help

I run Google Ads for local service businesses and B2B teams, and I build the measurement foundation so the campaigns optimize on revenue instead of raw leads.

Most accounts struggle to answer a simple question: which of these leads turned into money? Without that answer, Google's automation optimizes toward whatever you told it to count, which is usually form fills and phone calls of unknown quality. In the modern world of automated bidding, knowing your true cost per closed deal is critical to training the bidding algorithms to optimize to the right CPA. Success with Google Ads today depends on the quality of your data.

Phase one

Setup

A fixed-scope engagement, usually two to three weeks, that gets the account measuring properly before any money goes into it.

  • Conversion tracking rebuilt around outcomes that matter, not page views and form submissions
  • Call tracking so phone leads are attributed to the campaign that produced them
  • CRM setup, so leads land somewhere they can be followed to a closed job
  • Offline conversions flowing back into Google Ads, so bidding learns from what business actually closed
  • Google Business Profile audited and corrected, since profile data now feeds targeting for local campaigns
  • A landing page built to convert the traffic, if the existing site can't

Phase two

Campaign management

Ongoing Google Ads management on top of that foundation. Search, AI Max, Performance Max, and the new pay-per-lead campaigns that Local Services Ads are being folded into.

Monthly, that means:

  • Campaign strategy and budget allocation
  • Bid strategy and testing
  • Ad copy and creative
  • Landing page testing
  • Reporting that shows cost per booked job rather than cost per click

Custom automation

For clients who need it, I build systems on top of the tracking: speed-to-lead response so inbound calls and forms get answered in seconds, database reactivation campaigns to past customers, and outbound systems.

These are built to fit the account, so scope and pricing depend on what's needed.
